"The antics of the nearby United States Marines do not go unnoticed. We know more than you may think."
-- Deputy Director Aaron Spyker speaking to an unidentified member of the Director's Unit
Roger McTosh, otherwise known by the nickname given to him by his compatriots, Reaper, was a member of the United States Marine Corps, and a spy for Cerberus Contracting. As the First Lieutenant residing over the Intelligence unit assigned to the Marine Corps' base in Libya, McTosh had access to the computer systems, and thus heaves of information, which he constantly fed to the nearby Cerberus vault.
Carrying with him an impatient and overall distasteful disposition, the local Marines credited him with a nasty reputation. This was due in part to his interrogation methods, which generally did not follow the guidelines laid out by the United Nations. Thus, his associates and brothers-in-arms nicknamed McTosh "Reaper."
Roger's disloyalty to the United States was discovered during an attempt to exfiltrate and return to Cerberus' Director's Unit. The escape failed, and the First Lieutenant was eventually executed by firing squad by his fellow soldiers.
